1. After reading many of the reviews be forewarned that Plattsburgh Health Group is very close to other clinics with Plattsburgh in their branding and unfortunately, they get the heat for it! 2. Kind people get taken advantage of (including myself), common sense dictates at least one of the reviews could be from a disgruntled employee. Especially ones that are overly dramatic! 3. Notice the people who are smearing PHG have only written a handful of reviews? That pretty much speaks for itself! Kelsi (bless her heart) and all the other front desk staff treat you the way you would expect to be treated by your mother (if you have a nice mother)! Is there sometimes a long wait...sure... it happens. Sometimes people are Triaged according to urgency at the last minute. If you had a medical emergency I hope with all my heart the other people would understand!

I have to say that this is one of the best practices I have gone to! The receptionist up front was very kind and welcoming. The nurse that triaged me was extremely outgoing. I saw Dr. Alex who is new to the practice. He is very friendly and extremely intelligent. I liked that he talked to me In a way that was easy to understand and not doctor “lingo”. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and cares about your well being. I would highly suggest becoming a patient here because you feel at home and in good hands.

The staff is always very friendly and compassionate. When I need to make an appointment, they get me in quickly. When I explain what's going on with my health, I feel believed. A couple of days after the appointment they call to follow up and make sure things are going ok. I don't just feel like another patient being herded in and out, which is my experience with many other practices. The wait times are a little long, but not so long that it feels like a waste of time - just bring a book!
